What We Do:
We are investors that Buy, Rent, Lease and Sell properties throughout Florida. When we have houses available, we help buyers who have been told "NO" by banks and mortgage companies realize the American Dream of Home-Ownership with our "Homeowners in Training" (HIT) Program.
We will work with your credit and your available down-payment to put you on the path to home-ownership, usually within one to two years. Your payments will be set at a level that you can afford and after the first year, you will know that you are ready for homeownership.

Our team includes mortgage brokers, title companies, real estate agents and other professionals who will seek out suitable properties for our HIT program and help you get into the home of your dreams.
The principals are Andrea "Andy" Tolbert and her husband, Tim. Andy has been in the mortgage business since 1995, a Realtor since 1998, and an investor since 1998. She also teaches real estate agents and mortgage brokers about foreclosures, investment strategies, and other topics. Tim has been in the mortgage business since 1999 and investing since 1998. He currently owns Atmor Mortgage in Sanford. Our assistand, Stacy, has been in the real estate industry for almost 8 years.
